By accessing or using Aethervale ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 may require parental consent in certain jurisdictions. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be underage.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your information current. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Aethervale uses a virtual currency ("tokens") for in-platform transactions. Tokens have no real-world monetary value outside the platform. Tokens are non-refundable once purchased. We reserve the right to modify token pricing, earning rates, and spending mechanisms at any time.
The Aethervale marketplace allows users to trade digital creatures and collectibles. All trades are final once confirmed. A transaction fee (currently 5%) applies to marketplace sales. We do not guarantee the future value of any digital item. Marketplace manipulation, including wash trading or price manipulation, is prohibited and may result in account termination.
Creatures and other digital collectibles on Aethervale are virtual items. They exist solely within the Aethervale ecosystem. Ownership of a digital collectible grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to display and trade that item within the platform. We retain all intellectual property rights to creature designs, artwork, and associated content.

All content on Aethervale — including creature designs, artwork, names, lore, game mechanics, and UI elements — is the intellectual property of Aethervale or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
We strive to keep Aethervale available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
Aethervale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of virtual items, tokens, or data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service, including any virtual items and tokens, will be revoked. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
